Returns and Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is the most important element for us! 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.

We do not accept exchanges of any kind. 

To return your product, please contact us at velvetboutiqueusa@gmail.com so we can give you a "Return authorization code". And we will give you instructions on how to ship the item back.

Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item/s. Once we receive the item we will proceed to submit a refund.  Please allow for 5 to 7 days for processing. 

In the scenario that customer received the wrong product or a defective item you, will be able to get a refund and we will cover shipping costs. Please contact us and email us a picture of the item and the SKU sticker on the packaging. We will follow up with you as son as you can.
